Nancy always enjoyed theatre, since going to the panto with school, loving musicals, and since performing on the stage at Burnley Youth Theatre. Since beginning to perform on the stage in drag, Nancy participated in various theatrical productions. With Venus Boys in the 2019 Venus De Mercury, in 2020 The Roaring Tranties, and in 2021 Not Dead Yet at Festiwalla. Along with performance and life partner BLEACH, Nancy co-created The Camp Dad and BLEACH Show. In 2020, The Tale of Heterosexual Desire and in 2021 The Camp Dad & BLEACH Picture Show, steamed online for a lockdown audience, & The Camp Dad & BLEACH TOUR which visited Manchester, London, Stockholm, and Berlin. In 2022 Nancy created her first solo show- Nancy: On Drag, a biographical journey through Nancy’s gender development and the creation of her characters. The show premiered at go drag! festival, and in 2023 had a 5 day run at the Edinburgh Fringe. In November 2023 to celebrate 5 years on stage Nancy starred in the one time only one tran show- Carry On Camp Dad. Through song and monologue, this show journeyed through various cabaret performances and explored each as part of the grander character and gender developments that Nancy has experienced in the last 5 years.
